Going into the BODPOD to get my body fat calculated and RMR. This was probably the coolest thing i did over break. Turns out i’m 13% body fat and my RMR is 2400 calories/day. I’m pretty happy with the results but i also know i have work to do and i’ve set some new goals.

whats up from tacoma! i’m home for a month and couldn’t be happier haha. Seeing all my old friends and family has been awesome but what i’m most excited for is Crossfit! i joined a local gym for the month and i love it. everyone should do crossfit haha. anyways, seasons greetings from home, i’ll probably post more while i’m home. Happy holidays and keep workin out!
